Message	Hi everyone I recently changed my battery in my 96 tt. There is power in my car everything works but my car will not start. I was wondering does the 96 tt have a starter relay or inhibitor ? And if so is it located by the driver side firewall? and is the part #25230-89981. The car is also automatic. The car will click and smell of fuel. Or could it be a starter gone bad . Could it also be the stock security system causing this issue. Thank you in advance.
